Ooooh I do not know how I feel about there being a House in the Cerulean Sea sequel.
#On the one hand I Love that book#love that world and those characters#would love to read more.#On the other hand Klune's writing for me is... hit or miss.#There's a LOT of his back catalogue I haven't read so I can't say for sure whether he writes more things that I like or I dislike#but of the 4 I've read I adored two of them (Cerulean Sea & Whispering Door)#and really didn't vibe with the other two (Wolfsong & Puppets)#And it's not like I like his newer stuff and dislike his older stuff#as I thought may be the case when I read Wolfsong after the two recent ones I liked#bc Puppets is more recent than all of them and I just didn't feel it.#I dunno maybe it's something to do with who his beta readers are at the time?#but idk Cerulean Sea is such a comfort book for me I thind I'd be really disappointed if the sequel was a let down#mr. bees speaks#no hate intended to Wolfsong or Puppets stans!#I loved the ideas I just didn't vibe with the writing style on those ones in particular
